Return and Exchange Policy:

  • The right to return and exchange is guaranteed for all our customers and covers all products available in our store.
  • All products are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
  • The product can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still in its original packaging.
  • Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
  • Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or through our phone numbers to submit a return or exchange request.
  • The product must be photographed and sent along with the city, address, and order number to be exchanged with another product if it is defective, damaged, or does not work as agreed upon.
  • The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is entirely different from the description provided on the product page on our website.
  • We are not responsible for any customer expectations regarding the use of the products that are not mentioned on the product page on our website.
  • A 30% deduction or a minimum of 25 AED will be applied if the customer no longer wants the product and there is no defect or issue with it.

: سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

  • الاستبدال والاسترجاع حق مضمون لجميع عملائنا ويشمل كافة المنتجات المتوفرة في متجرنا.
  • جميع المنتجات تخضع لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع وفق الشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذه الصفحة.
  • يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال المنتج إذا كان في حالته الأصلية عند الشراء ومغلفًا بالغلاف الأصلي.
  • الاسترجاع يتم خلال ثلاثة (3) أيام، والاستبدال خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
  • يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة “اتصل بنا” أو عبر أرقامنا الهاتفية لتقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
  • يجب تصوير المنتج وإرسال الصورة مع تحديد المدينة والعنوان ورقم الطلب لاستبداله بمنتج آخر في حال كان المنتج فاسدًا أو به عيب، أو لا يعمل وفقًا لما هو موضح.
  • يتم استرجاع المبلغ كاملًا للعميل إذا كان المنتج الذي استلمه مختلفًا تمامًا عن الوصف الموجود في صفحة المنتج على موقعنا.
  • لسنا مسؤولين عن أي توقعات لاستخدام المنتجات التي لم نذكرها في صفحة المنتج على موقعنا.
  • يتم خصم 30٪ أو قيمة لا تقل عن 25 درهمًا إذا قرر العميل إرجاع المنتج دون وجود أي عيب أو مشكلة في المنتج.
